i cant describe what happened the last 2 days. all i know is that its the most LIVELIEST thing i’ve done the past 9 months. i really missed davao. i only lived there for 4 months, but it felt like i belong in that place.. so little time, so many memories. while my dad drives us to the city, all i did was to stare and look back as we pass by the streets where i used to walk to to get to the hotel where i used to work, the pedestrian lane i used to dread to cross my way home, the places me and dolly went to during those long afternoons, the restaurants farinah and i dined at, and the city, that i came to love.  see more ill-defined pictures we managed to bag despite of  being oblivious to the new digital cam we just bought from the mall..

~ Davao City.. its peaceful, civilized (hehe), malinis
and you can actually walk around without worrying
about your phone getting snatched or anything like that.

dont call me. dont write. dont show up in the middle of the night. You know that we needed some time and space to breathe in. i still recall the words you say to me. its what you did not say that sets me free. now how can i find peace of mind when you keep coming back again. its not okay for you to play this game of seesaw with my head. now it hurts too much. and it hits too hard. and i won’t play this part. so now i say things i want to say. sometimes its better letting go this way. i’ll always know down in my soul we really had so far to go. i’d given all i have to give and now its time for me to live. and i wont look back and i won’t regret.though it hurts like hell. someday i will forget. dont call me. dont write. dont show up in the middle of the night to say that you’ve been thinking cause i know its just the drink in you. its funny how we seem to end up here. i never thought i’d see this all disappear. this is letting go.

You ever wonder if some guy, like Mark Darcy in Bridget JOnes’ Diary really existed? Like some guy would come up to you and say he really likes you JUST THE WAY YOU ARE?  Even though you always say the wrong words, make a fool of yourself and have big fat ass?  SERIOUSLY?! Last night i was watching Bridget Jones’ Diary and was suprised how good the movie was. I cant believe i snubbed this movie everytime i would scan on the channels on tv.. kind of see myself in Bridget, corny, dreamy, insecure and a little obsessed in losing weight… I’ve always been a believer of love, despite what has happened, I’m still looking forward to falling in love and couldn’t wait to feel the butterflies fluttering in my stomach again. I’m also a very high  up keep girlfriend, like bridget. hehehe.. when will my Mark Darcy come? no more prince charmings and mr. right. they’re all old school. im waiting for my Mark Darcy..
